I am a talented designer/developer with solid experience with CSS, JavaScript, HTML, (Cross-Browser), DHTML, ActionScript, Web 2.0 philosophy, sIFR, dynamic web applications, and Content Management Systems, specifically Wordpress and Joomla.
I also have knowledge of PHP and database management practices.
I have 6+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (formerly Macromedia) including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, and InDesign.
I am most comfortable coding using a WYSIWIG (Dreamweaver), but I am also trained to code using most common text editors.
I started my design career in 1999 graduating with a multi-disciplinary art/design degree.
In 2003 I completed my Multi-Media / Design / Development degree and have been pursuing multiple avenues of design / development since that time.
I have been involved in the design/development of 20+ dot COM’s.

Description: Condolux is a luxury vacation management company directed by a small team of designers and developers. The web development department maintains 10+ websites & blogs related to the vacation and golf industries in Myrtle Beach, SC.
While at Condolux I had the opportunity of working on multiple projects carrying heavy workloads while maintaining tight deadlines. I was involved helping develop and maintain 10+ websites and blogs, implementing CSS, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, Flash, and PHP technologies as well as updating content management systems.

Description: Jacob Langley Creative is my personal design studio. I work with small business developing initial brand identities as well as redesigning ineffective brands. Description: Worked as an associate designer for small Myrtle Beach Web Development Company. Assisted lead designer in implementation of all web technologies. Description: While employed at Masterpiece Staircase and Millwork I held the position of Senior Designer to the studio that provided the design direction for the creation of original high-end custom staircases, furniture and millwork. I developed designs from conception through fabrication, including digitization of designs, and programming of CNC-mill for precision creation of custom architectural components. In addition to this I was also responsible for creating contextual designs through the employment of 3D software, rendering design elements intended to mimic popular historic architectural periods. In addition to these responsibilities I also developed the complete online identity through the complete design and construction of web presence, including the conceptualization and implementation of all web technologies. Developed the brand identity of the company subsidiary.
Developed the design work instrumental for our award winning business model, enabling recognition of Masterpiece Staircase and Millwork by
Business North Carolina Magazine as the “
